On November 21th, 2015, "early Chinese civilization and national construction" academic seminar was held in changchun city, jilin province qinghua hotel. This conference sponsored by the institute of history and culture of northeast normal university. Conference opening ceremony presided over by Fu Jiaxin professor, vice President of the institute of history and culture, northeast normal university, deputy party secretary Wang Yan, history and culture, dean of the school of professor liu xd, respectively, to attend the meeting and delivered a speech on behalf of the school, college.
